MEET AND GREET
We, at PAWS-itive Companions, are pleased you have chosen our Companionship for your pet and personal needs. Let's get the ball rollin'! First, we will need to set up an initial consultation with a Professional Companion. This is our chance to get acquainted. It is essential that all parties that we will be in contact with, as well as your pets, are available during this visit. There is no charge for this visit.
During this 30 minute session, we will:
Familiarize you and your family with our Companions and services,
Review your expectations, services requested, discuss special needs and requests,
Review your pets routines and personalities,
Pick up and review home key handling procedures, contact information and pricing;
We can also arrange (at additional cost) an extra level of comfort. We c an send you daily report cards, via email or text message, letting you know how your pet is doing during each visit. We know what it can be like wanting to check on your "loved one". This service is above and beyond our standard report card feedback provided at the end of your services.
The fine details
Details are the difference between meeting your expectations and EXCEEDING them. The documents we will need to guarantee a successful business relationship are as follows:
Service Agreement,
Signed Veterinary Release form,
Shot records and Veterinarian of choice in case of emergency,
Emergency Contact List;
Key Waiver.

Each situation is different but our basic policy requires the aforementioned steps to be completed before we can authorize services. In many situations, authorization can be given at the time of our initial visit. This is why having the necessary documents ready can be crucial in expediting the process.
You may also place a "Request for Service" on our website, by email at pawsitivecompanions@gmail.com, or by reaching us by phone at 832-207-1856. Please note that submitting a request is NOT a guarantee of service. We will send a confirmation verifying we have received your request and a Companion will be in contact within 24 hours.
PAWS-itive Companions requires a five (5) day notice for a request of service due to high demand, especially during summer months and holidays. We also understand this is not always possible. Our companions vow to make every attempt possible to accommodate your request within a 48 hour period based on availability. Any shorter notice MAY BE subject to a "last minute reserve" charge.
PAPER OR PLASTIC
We accept cash, credit card via Google Checkout, money order or cashier's check for payment. PAWS-itive Companions does not accept personal or business checks. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AT THE SIGNING OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT. ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED DUE TO AN UNFORSESEEN EMERGENCY (VET VISITS, ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES, ETC.) WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. YOUR FINAL PAYMENT WILL ALSO BE DUE IN FULL FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR PAYMENT ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD OR WE ACCEPT CASH/MONEY ORDER AT THE TIME OF OUR INITIAL AND FINAL MEETINGS. IF YOU SET UP RECURRING VISITS, WE CAN ARRANGE TO PICK UP PAYMENT FROM YOU ON A WEEKLY BASIS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WE VALUE OUR LONG TERM, LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND APPRECIATE YOU LETTING US SERVE YOU AND YOUR PET(S) AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE OUR SERVICES AS CONVENIENT AS POSSIBLE.
A LIFELONG COMPANION 
At the end of our contract agreement, we will do a post service interview. A phone call interview will be conducted to review services provided, let you know how your four legged family member did in your absence, request feedback and schedule future services.
Your referrals are always welcome and very much appreciated. For every completed referral, a $10.00 credit will be applied to your future services. Your confidence and positive "word of mouth" feedback has led to our continued success as being your "PAWSitively PURR-fect Pet Companion".
